First I take a picture of something that interestes me, such as these fae drakes.

Then I bring the picture back here to my studio where I carefully draw an outline of the shapes Im going to paint on only the finest water color paper.

Once I have sketched the scene to my satisfaction, I begin painting with watercolors. I begin in the lightest area and work my way darker, using many layers of color until I get the painting exactly how I want.

Finally, I take the completed peice over to my framing workshop where I design a custom frame for each picture. I then put the artwork in the frame and hang it in one of my galleries. As I write a story for the piece, place the story next to the painting for everyone to read. Here is the complete peice.
